Transparent, considered fees.
We set out fees, disbursements and VAT in writing before you commit. Where SRA transparency rules apply, we publish price information for defined categories of work.
How we charge
For many defined pieces of work — conveyancing, immigration applications, wills, LPAs, uncontested probate and settlement agreement advice — we offer fixed fees.
For litigation and complex advisory work we typically charge on a time-recorded basis with a written estimate at each stage and defined review points.
Disbursements — such as court fees, Home Office application fees, Land Registry fees, SDLT, expert fees and search fees — are payable in addition and are clearly identified in every quote.
Where relevant we discuss funding options at the outset, including private funding, legal expenses insurance and, in appropriate personal injury matters, conditional fee agreements.
Published price information
Detailed price information for the work categories covered by the SRA's Transparency Rules — including residential conveyancing, uncontested probate, immigration (excluding asylum), employment tribunal claims and debt recovery — is available on request and will be published in full on this page as content is confirmed with the firm.
