For Individuals

Immigration

Careful preparation for UK visas, settlement, citizenship and appeals.

Overview

How we advise

Immigration decisions are documentary. Small omissions can cause avoidable refusals or delays. Our immigration team focuses on thorough preparation of the application, its evidence bundle and, where required, appeal or judicial review. We work with individuals, families and their sponsoring employers, and we are careful to explain what is and is not possible under current rules.

How we work

A clear, structured process

  1. Step 01

    Initial assessment

A structured review of your circumstances against the current rules to identify the appropriate route and any risks.

  2. Step 02

    Documentary plan

A written checklist of the evidence required, tailored to your circumstances.

  3. Step 03

    Application drafting

Precise drafting of the online application and a fully indexed evidence bundle with representations.

  4. Step 04

    Submission & follow-through

Submission, biometric booking, and — where required — correspondence with the Home Office through to decision.

Fees & funding

Transparent, considered fees

Immigration matters are typically offered on a fixed-fee basis by application type once we have assessed the case. Home Office application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, biometric fees and priority service fees are disbursements and are payable in addition. We set all of these out before you commit.
