Sharing
We may share personal data with regulators, courts and third parties where necessary for your matter, and with carefully selected professional service providers who support the firm. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We retain client files in accordance with our professional obligations, currently for a minimum of six years after the matter concludes, unless a longer period is required or agreed.

Under UK GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure (in defined circumstances), restriction, portability and objection. To exercise a right, please contact us in writing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time.
