Cecilia Monaheng-Tufour

Cecilia is a highly accomplished solicitor and partner at Simon Noble Solicitors. With a master’s degree in Legal Practice, she brings a wealth of expertise to her diverse practice areas covering estate management, private client services, wills and probate, litigation, landlord and tenant issues, and commercial law.

At the firm Cecilia oversees the HR department, manages recruitment and provides strategic HR advice. With over a decade of management experience, she also contributes to people management and the finance department.

A passionate advocate for community service, Cecilia has been at the forefront of the firm’s Free Wills Month campaign for the past five years. Under her leadership, this initiative has helped raise over a million pounds for varied charities. Beyond her professional achievements, Cecilia volunteers as a marriage counsellor for Marriage Care, demonstrating her dedication to supporting healthy relationships.

Cecilia is a devoted wife and mother of three, balancing her successful career with family life. In her personal time, she maintains an active lifestyle, practising Shaolin Kung Fu and enjoying swimming.
