Jasmine Sefa-Boakye

Jasmine is a solicitor skilled in diverse areas of law, specialising in commercial and residential property, employment, and corporate and commercial law. Her approach is to focus on the client’s instructions and devise bespoke legal ways of achieving them.

She particularly enjoys property law matters including residential and commercial conveyancing, commercial leases, lease extensions, enfranchisement, equity transfers and more.

Jasmine acts for both employers and employees in employment disputes, from negotiations through to the Employment Tribunal where necessary. She is experienced in drawing up settlement agreements for employers and independently advising employees on settlement packages received from their employers.

She supports businesses at all levels with their transactions, including producing and collating the documentation needed to facilitate their business arrangements. Outside work, Jasmine enjoys interior design and going out with friends.
